LOVED IT...past tense. Cancelled my D*Tivo and literally the day after I cancelled, started getting some bad freezing issues, then started rebooting until now, when it won't exit the reboot phase. Have a fast exchange through Tivo on the way, but this sucks Our lives are so dang busy, we can not watch live TV. Usually several weeks behind current.

Sounds like it might have been a bad hard drive. It happens.
