S3 - HDMI Out

I am using component out, and the digital audio feed out of my S3 to go to the primary monitor/receiver.

I would like to run a long HDMI cable to get to a monitor in another room. This is a Dell wide screen monitor with a DVI input. I know I can get a cheap HDMI-> DVI converter, but how do I extract the audio to send to a amplifier in the remote room.

Does anyone make a HDMI -> DVI + audio cable. Speakers in remote room are just OK, so RCA audio is fine, I don't need digital audio. Is this possible?

Thanks

Here's what your looking for, but you won't like the price. $300

It'd be alot cheaper just to run a set of RCA from the TiVo. You can even use cheap RG-6 and F-type to RCA adapters if you want.
I have seen the $300 converter box solution, I am searching for something less expensive and/or intrusive.

I suppose I could get an inexpensive receiver which had HDMI inputs - but that would still be $200.

There is a PC in the remote room, I wonder if I can find a PC card that has an HDMI in and DVI and audio outs.

This just seems like a silly issue to be spending lots of money. I'm starting to suspect that the audio is not simply carried on seperate pinouts in an HDMI cable.

HDMI is an all digital, there is no analog audio available to be passively wired to a standard audio cable.
By the time you find a work around for this problem you'll probably spend a lot of time and money that would be better invested in a new receiver for the other room. The Sony STR-DG510 will do the job and can be had for $200 or less. There are probably several more in this price range.

There are HDMI input cards for a PC - but they only work with HDMI signals that DO NOT have HDCP. Since the S3 and TiVo HD have HDCP, that won't work.
