When I use Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 to convert .tivo files to divx .avi's, the file size is virtually the same as the original. Has anyone else found this? My one hour .tivo transfers are approximately 1.3 gb and so are the converted .avi's.
I have viewed many divx and xvid files that are of excellent quality and viewable on a TV -- and much smaller file sizes. Is there a legit way to accomplish this via Roxio EMC9?
