The mini does not allow me to connect to my romanio ota. Runs thru the setup fine and the shows the romanio with a red circle. If I select it I get a v70 error. Romanio is hard wired on ethernet and mini is on ethernet as well via a network extender. Why is this not working?

Make sure both are on the same Tivo account, with preferences set. Run through Guided Setup to set it as host. A variable is the network extender, try without it.

Both are in my account and one the same network. If I remove the extender then I have no ethernet connection near by

What is the "network extender"? Wifi or something else and can you give manufacturer and model number?

Try moving the Mini to where the Roamio is located and hardwire it temporarily to test.
