A couple of days ago I noticed a lot of gaps in the program guide on my Roamio. Some entries are "To Be Announced" and some are just blank. I can’t see a pattern regarding which channels are missing information. I tried reconnecting and restarting the Roamio but the problem persists.

Today I was using the TiVo app on my iPad which connects to that same Roamio. Its channel guide is also incomplete, but contains entries that are missing from the Roamio.

Any ideas how to fix it? I have seen other posts suggesting I upgrade to the lasted software version, but nowhere can I found out what that level is. My Roamio is at 20.7.4b.RC03-848-6-848

I tried calling TiVo customer service. First the recording said my wait time would be 5 minutes, Then it said 10 minutes so I gave up.

I guess your luck is better than mine. I haven't seen a program listing for over a week and repeated calls and emails resulted in "we regret to inform you that your program listings cannot be updated at this time." So I guess I now have a $400 door stop.

I have the same issue... and it is not the first time. For the last few days, more and more entries gone.. blank... nada. Restart or call in does not help. Is this a widespread issue or just a few unlucky people? Has anyone found a solution? Right now I have more channels without data than with... and it essentially renders Tivo useless for Season pass recording.
