I currently have a Roamio Pro and 2 Mini's with a cable modem that has MOCA enabled also.

I also have to ActionTec 2.0 Moca Adapters.

My question is, do I need to setup the Pro to be in Bridge Mode if my Cable Modem has Moca enabled? The idea is to set the Pro in Client mode so that the Cable modem will be the network host controller and not the Roamio. I think I am having network issues because of both the cable modem and the Roamio are both trying to control the network.

Only if you want the Roamio to be the host, both coax and ethernet must be connected for hosting. You just need to be set as client for the modem as host. 2 host may be confusing the network.

Having the Roamio in bridge mode shouldn't be a problem at long as there is not a loop from the Roamio's switch back to any other point that is fed by a MoCA adapter. As long as the Roamio is configured for MoCA, it should detect signals on the ethernet cables and switch to bridge mode if needed. Note that the gaming systems will lose connectivity if the TiVo shuts down for any reason, and bandwidth will be lower because the Roamio is a MoCA 1.1 device.

Bridge mode does not determine which MoCA device acts as the network controller, and that isn't something that you can control -- the MoCA devices work that out amongst themselves.

Are there other devices connected to the switches at the MoCA 2.0 adapters? If not, you could just connect directly from the MoCA adapters to the computers. Just be sure you never run ethernet cables between two switches that are fed by MoCA devices, as that creates a deadly loop.

Adding a MoCA filter at the input of the splitter will improve performance of the MoCA network. You may also need a MoCA filter at the input of the Tuning Adapter -- some TAs don't like MoCA signals.
