I have an unpaid/expired Roamio OTA that used to be month/month in 2015. I can reactivate it but there is no option on my online portal to purchase lifetime for it.

I have existing lifetimes for a Roamio Pro and Premiere XL and if I can get a lifetime for the OTA, transfer it to the same account.

Considering the current state of TiVo, you'd probably have better luck getting blood out of a stone.

On the other hand, you can pick up a used Roamio (Basic or OTA) w/ Lifetime for ~$150-200 on eBay.

Is there anything wrong with your Roamio Pro or Premiere XL?

THere's a couple of OTA channels I wish to record that our cable company doesn't send. BIZ TV specifically for some personal reasons. But I noticed a few other channels like LAFF Network are not on Spectrum where as MeTV, Decades, AntennaTV are on our CableTV lineup.

I thought about getting a Premiere model or Series 3 that can record both Digital Cable and OTA/HDTV but I am not sure if I have to use Setup to toggle between Antenna HDTV/CATV or if channels from both sources can share the same GUIDE.

You do not switch between the 2 inputs, the guide is intermixed so it can record from antenna or cable. The only distinction is "ANT" and "CBL" in the program guide.

For example: Antenna 2-1 FOX is tuned Live, the next channel up is Cable 2 FOX, Next up, Cable 3 NBC, etc. (not in that order.)

Thank you so much for taking the time clearing this up for me. Makes me want to get a Series3 or earlier Premiere model that does both even more now.
