I have a Roamio OTA series 5, and have installed Tivo Desktop free. Desktop sees my Tivo unit, but can't find any recordings to transfer. I have it set to use Tivo Beacon as Bonjour would not find the Tivo unit. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the reply. I downloaded and copied over the new 10 year certs, re-started the pc, and same issue. Desktop sees the Tivo, but still no files to download. I tried the pyTivo as well, and it didn't see mt Tivo at all

If TiVo Desktop is running pyTivo can have issue discovering TiVos on your network. You need to completely shut down the TiVo Desktop server in the tray then try pyTivo again.

Did you enter your Media Access Key into the Tivo Desktop setting?

What's the format on the shows that you have on your PC (limited types supported by the free version) and are they in the folder for My TiVo Recordings?

Thank you for the responses, I tried it again today, and it found my Tivo and the recordings, I was able to transfer them to my PC. Not sure why it didn't work before, buy glad it does now.
