ROAMIO NOT CONNECTING TO WiFi

I haven't had this problem in a loooong time. ROAMIO TiVo can't connect. Tried all of the usual steps - rebooted the Modem and WiFi router, rebooted the Tivo, etc. etc. The connection gets to 'Account Status' and dies.
Could the wifi adapter in the Roamio go 'bad'? I shudder to think about that. I know that trying to contact TiVo is probably useless at this point.
The EDGE upstairs works fine connection-wise (same network), BUT I am getting a "Tivo Service Unavailable" on the live TV when I hit the Info button. Everything else seems to be OK with it.
Any further advice would be appreciated.

Did you shutdown everything on your network, router, gateway, any MoCa adapters, everything?

Are you using Wireless N or Wireless 5G and what wireless channels are they on?

connect an ethernet cable directly to the Roamio to help troubleshoot if it is the WiFi or not
