Wireless connection.If you have working internet service in your home it's not an Xfinity problem. Most likely a connection between the Roamio and your Router. What does the network information sho in the Roamio Plus? If no connection try a different Ethernet cable if that's how you connect.
Thank you, but it is none of the above. I connected an ethrnet cord as I was advised last week when I started to call Tech Support, and same result.A number of things can interrupt a wireless connection. Such as interference, a microwave running, cordless landline phones.
