What are the wifi, ethernet, and MOCA specs of each unit?

From what I have seen, the base Roamio is 10/100, I don't know the wifi, and it has no MOCA
The Roamio Plus is 10/100/1000(can someone confirm?), I still don't know the wifi, and it has MOCA (1.1? 2.0?)

Basic Roamio wireless is 2.4GHz or 5Ghz. At 5GHz you get 802.11ac, but the maximum input or output runs about 60Mbps to 70Mbps. I can use almost any wireless bridge to get 93Mbps between two Roamio boxes. Roamio, with the bridge, approaches 100Mbps to a PC.

I've got an actiontec moca bridge directly behind that Roamio. That bridge happens to be 5ghz wireless capable as well. I just tried to see if it could exceed the ethernet, but the transfer topped out at 52 Mbps (source was a Bolt on moca which has shown ~150 Mbps throughput to the Roamio Plus (also on moca).

I was hoping wireless with only one client from the moca bridge to the roamio might exceed 100, but it did not. 93 is about what it gets on ethernet, so back to ethernet it went.
