Is there any way to utilize a single RG6 cable to carry two outputs of a multi-switch?

I have a length of RG6 in a wall, and on one end I have two outputs from the 3-LNB dish's multiswitch and at the other end I need two inputs for the TiVo's tuners. I'd liek to avoid pulling another cable, and am not sure how best to do that if I have to.

One more question...

Since I have a single length of RG6 already in the wall, should I use it to pull a string? It seems all the talk about the sticks assumes I am starting from scratch.

And by the way, I have a concrete slab (no crawlspace) and this is on the first floor with no access to the space between the floors. In other words, I'm flying relatively blind.
