I have a manual recording set up for TCM Saturdays at 9:00pm
I see the recording in the to do list.
I see the recording actually happening at the appropriate time
The next morning it is not in "my shows" not in "recently deleted recordings" but is in history marked as "not available" and "not in guide"
The drive is nowhere near full.
Keep is set to "keep until I delete"

Any ideas?

Did you actually tune to the channel that it was recording just to verify you could see the show (unlikely the issue but have to ask)? Is this TE3 or TE4? Instead of a manual recording at that time/channel can you try a regular OnePass (why are you using a manual recording)? Has it ever worked? Any recent hardware changes with the Bolt like a new drive or did you just purchase it?
