I use an nvidia sheild and recently loaded an IPTV service. Is there any way to record the IPTV programs on my Roamio (which I haven't used in years)? my only dislike is the shows are live with no pause/record, ff or rw function.

IPTV does not work with Tivo.

I think he means the IPTV service has no trick play so he wants to use TiVo for those features.

Unfortunately that’s not possible.

OP you'll be looking to run the Channels DVR, the Shield is a good client for recorded IPTV.
