This is a good one. I just recorded desperate housewifes at 8:00 p.m. CST on ch. 3 today. Than at 9:00 p.m. I recorded greys anatomy. When we watched them at 10:30 p.m. Desperate Houswives showed up in my Now Playing List but when I played it , the picture was completly black and no sound. But when we watched Greys (it was on ch. 3 also) it taped about 30 minutes of it and than the last 30 minutes were completly black (black screen with no sound again).

Any ideas? Please help me if you can.

What brand/model Tivo do you have?
What's your video source (cable TV, cable box, satellite receiver)?

Could the cable box or satellite receiver have been turned off?

Seems like it has to be a cable box turned off incident.
