I have owned a Toshiba SDH-400 running Tivo Series 2 for the past 3 1/2 years with no problem, It is connected to a Comcast HD digital cable box. Over the past 3 days I have suddenly begun to have problems viewing live programing and playing back recordings made months ago. The picture is jerking, freezing completely, and becoming heavily pixilated. I have tried a soft reset but the problem continues. Is this a sign of possible hard drive failure or is it a software issue. Any help or guidance would be appreciated
