The last week Tivo has been saying it didn't record shows because they are a repeat when they were new. I caught some but lost malcom in the middle (my favorite) because it thought it was old. How can I fix this? Judy
This is usually a Guide Data problem. The only reliable solution is the set your Season Pass options to "Record All" episodes. Tivo's Guide Data is provided by http://www.zap2it.com, and you there's a link there to report problems like this. More information in the FAQ thread at the top of this forum.
