Is it possible to change the UI to High Definition so I can get Picture in the top right corner of the screen?

If you have the TiVo Premier you can by following this:

but be prepared for all the warnings you are about to get here.

I don't think it is possible with the RCN version of the Premiere. In addition to the hack they put in to get On Demand, I think there is one which forced you to the SD UI.

at one point they handing out invites to test the RCN HDUI over here. I would follow that thread to see if they will start again or get a time line on release.
