R-10 Prom

I'm interested in replacing my R-10's PROM so that I can modify the firmware. I believe from some PDF's I've found that I would be capable. I make my own PCBs and stuff.

But I can't find any information on what programming to put on the new PROM. All of the threads I find on google are very old and usually have more info on other tivos. Where can I find software for the new PROM?

Google tivo ddb and see if you can't find a link to the "other" site which may not be named here.

Then search it for Prom Day to get a starting place.
