I can't transfer shows using Tivo desktop. I get an error message saying "error connecting to DVR".

I'm using a wireless network, and the DVR is able to connect to Tivo for scheduling, but not to my PC

I have a theory. My DVR is a refurbished Series 2 and I think the DVR name is somehow screwed up.

When I look at the connections in the Tivo Desktop Server settings, the DVR Name is something I don't recognize. It doesn't match what I put as a name on Tivo.com, nor does it match the Tivo Service number.

Also, in the settings, The Media Access Key spot is empty. The screen says "Media Acces Key Currently Unavailable".

Anybody have any suggestions?
