Question about Rebate and MSD?

I have a Series 2 ST with lifetime.
If I were to buy a new Series 2 DT could I get the rebate, and get the MSD on it?

Yes to both questions, assuming you buy the S2DT from an authorized retailer and meet the purchase/receipt requirements for the rebate.
