This show is fabulous.

This show is also doomed -- there's no way on Earth they can possibly sustain this level of inspired whimsical lunacy for an entire season of 22 episodes.

The musical interlude, with Digby and the floor cleaner, had me rolling on the floor.

So, who would you want? Olive or Chuck? I wouldn't be able to decide -- I'd want to ride the tricycle. :D

I really enjoyed this show! Think I'm going to have to go back and watch the premiere, as there are a few things I don't think I get yet.

The style of the show is so different from anything on right now... it really make me think of Tim Burton's style... or Beetlejuice... well, just so different and intriguing and I really liked what I now know of the characters.

I'm really getting to like Chi McBride. He has always been a stuff shirt with all his parts, but when he screamed while looking at the dead bodys, I cracked up.
I think Chi McBride is a great choice for his role here. He does a good job of portraying the easily annoyed and exasperated investigator here. He's worried about focusing on solving the mystery, collecting the reward, etc., while Chuck wants to make the deceased happy, tell their loved ones their final messages, etc.

He was very funny grabbing Ned's arm to retouch the dead people with as he was bored with their silly answers about how they had been killed. :p

I kind of feel like I just ate an entire pie watching this show, but so far I'm okay with that.

Major crush on Chuck, the song from Grease was a nice surprise. I think Olive looks too old for Ned.

That, um, dress on Chuck, was, um, nice.

Major cleavage all around tonight but that haircut on Kristin Chenoweth is horrible. She looks way harsh.
How do I put this delicately? The actress Anna Friel is not real fond of clothes in real life...go ahead and do a search.

Well the whimsy was still dialed up to a breaking point for me they need to keep toning it down or I am going to find it hard to watch.

I didn't think I'd like the whimsy, but I really do. It's part of the fabric of the show... it wouldn't be what it is without it. It's like each story is from a storybook narrated by my favorite uncle.

The art design on the program is inspired. That car factory was so Dr. Seuss. :)

I love Kristin Chenowith. I thought her hair was perfect, and she looked absolutly stunning. If I were Ned, and I had the choice between the two, I'd definitely choose the one I could.. um.. touch without killing. She is a little stalkery though.

Chenoweth breaking into song was too much whimsy for me though.

You'd better stop watching now then. ;) I have a feeling this isn't the last we've seen of singin' Olive. :D

Since Chenowith is a broadway performer, they're trying to make the most out of their star's abilities.
