I'm seeing some weird behavior, programs that I KNOW were scheduled to record aren't recording. In most cases these are programs that have had OnePasses set up for years, but in one case last night I manually requested a recording, checked ToDo list and it was there with single check mark, and at the time the program was starting I monitored the My Shows list and it wasn't there with a red recording dot! I immediately went to the channel and pressed the RECORD button on the remote and manually recorded it. In another instance I verified a program with a OnePass was scheduled to record in the ToDo list, and again at the time the program started no sign of it in My Shows, manually jumped to channel and pressed RECORD on the remote.

This has happened at least a dozen times in the past week. It's not bad Guide data since the programs are indeed scheduled to record, but the recordings aren't happening. Anybody else see anything like this? Thoughts on diagnosing/fixing?

First option is to always reboot. I'm confused about your TDL comment - 1Ps have two check marks for scheduled shows, not one. One check is a specific show recording that you did manually (or you changed an option for that one recording).

Forgot to ask, how full is your drive? If you're over 90% and/or you have a lot of stuff set to keep until I delete you're going to have problems.

Finally, you can go into history and see why it didn't record something. Doesn't always tell you anything useful though.
