My Premiere has stopped updating the program guide. Even though I'm getting a successful daily call in, the guide stopped updating and my info will run out 7-29. I did a Manual connect with no success, and I also did a reboot which also didn't help. Any suggestions?

my other suggestion is to check under Settings to confirm that the system knows that your account is in good standing. I never got any warning, then one day i was shut out because my credit card on file passed its expiration date. Easy enough to fix with updated info, but boy was i in a panic until i got thru to support. I vaguely remember that I was running out of guide data leading up to that, but of course I didn't take the hint.
