I have a Scientific Atlanta 3250HD reciever and Time Warner Digital cable, high speed internet and digital phone. When I am trying to get my channels it will prepare, connect, and download (for awhile). Then it will say that the call is interupted and say it was unsuccessful. How do I fix this problem?

Start by asking if the VoIP provider claims to support modems. If yes, make them fix it. If not, you can try all sorts of hacks and kludges to work around their limitations, or you can get your TiVo on broadband.
