For the past several weeks (months?) BOTH of my TiVo Bolts intermittently reboot (restart) when I try to start Amazon Prime or Hulu apps.

When starting the apps from either the App Menu or Search or My Show menus, the screen will go black (as if its starting the app) but the typical spinning animation indicating the app is starting does not appear. At this point the TiVo is non-responsive, pressing any TiVo buttons (Live TV, Back, Guide, etc) on my remote does not change the display. If I wait and leave the TiVo alone for several minutes (10? 15? 20? I have not timed it yet) it will eventually restart and show the "Starting Up" message. After the restart, both apps work... until the next time they don't. I would guess this happens every 10-15 times I start Prime or maybe once a week.

I've never had this issue and have had the Bolts since 2017

Has anyone seen this problem? Does anyone know how I can actually report this clear BUG to TiVo? I sent in a support request. They suggested I restart my Tivo (umm that's the problem!) or replace my HDMI cable (but it's happening on BOTH TiVo boxes and normally everything works fine)

I am having the same problem with my it reboots about half the time i try to watch a show or open an app.

I am having the same problem with my Bolt, not just for Amazon Prime but also for Hulu and Netflix. They used to work fine but started having the problem around the same time you mentioned.
