Box does not show progress when downloading on the third line: Getting Info. After a few minutes the screen goes blank before showing the Start up Welcome that shows when the power to the box is interrupted. TiVo reps can see this box try to set up - they can see how it connects to the network (WiFi or Ethernet) and what zip code has been entered.
