I have a TiVo Premiere model TCD746320 mfg on 1/14/2011 and first activated 11/25/2011
Lifetime service. Works great. Occasionally when it first boots up it will make some fan noise but this quiets after the startup.

Also including TiVo Stream (the original one) a brand new remote, all accessories and a Wireless-G adapter.
