How are the 140 models in this respect?

What do you mean "140" model?

There are 140 Hr current (TSN beginning with 540) models, and ols models with a TSN beginning with 140. The both work about the same network wise, with the 540 slightly faster.

I know that the 240080 model has a slot to fit the Twinbreeze bracket, which I really like. The 24004A model I bought required two nuts on the bottom side to keep it held down. I wish they didn't take that out.

It will. The physical hardware is the same, as fas as installing the Twinbreeze bracket goes.
