ok. So I've been searching and searching for what seems like a simple answer to a simple question but I have not come across this in any online guide and I haven't gotten a real response from a sales guy at the local electronic stores.
If anyone can help, that would be awesome.
I know there are 2 USB ports or 1 USB and 1 Ethernet port and that you can only use one port at a time.
I also know that the Tivo itself is a DVR and you can transfer your saved programs to your home network using a wireless router so that you can convert your tv programs into media files for viewing on I-Pods, PC's, Laptops, Treo's and what not.
But all I want to know is if you can use the USB port on the Tivo and download straight onto a flashdrive or straight to you PC, etc.?
I know this may be simple or a stupid question, but I would just like to rest my mind of this.
Thanks Again
