Portlandia returns Fri 1/6

My SP is picking up the new episodes on IFC.

I watched all the episodes of last season and decided I hadn't really liked it. Gave it a shot though.

Ok, the Battlestar Galactica episode was pretty funny ... especially with all the cameos at the end. Best part was Ronald D. Moore saying he'd never seen the show.

"One more episode ..."

I have never seen Portlandia, except we watched the One more episode skit on youtube last night at a friend's house.

Portland. Where young people go to retire.

I'm still digging it, but I can see it might get old after a while. Odd to think it's somewhat based on truth. Of course you could say the same about Santa Cruz here in my neck of the woods. It's pretty laid back bro.

Well that's just awesome then! We used to have a small business, (Happy Place RV Park) in Florence, but have not visited Portland yet. I will have to check it out next time we are in the area.
