Hi Guys! I'm new to the community even though I have had tivo for years. My main problem is this: I have a Series2 DVR with wireless network. I've downloaded Tivo Desktop Version 2.5 on to a pc running windows XP. The files themselves transfer fine from my dvr to pc but I cannot view them on my pc. It tries to open the files with WMP Version 11 but nothing happens. Is there something I'm doing wrong I've tried everything I can think of that could be causing it but so far no luck. Any help you all could give would be greatly appreciated! This is driving me nuts that I can't figure it out!!

It may be codec issue. Does your computer have DVD playback software? If so, try re-installing or repairing it. If that doesn't help, check out TiVo's Codec Article for other options.
