Are you being sarcastic? If you are, a simple "no" would have sufficed. Let me ask again - is there anyway to change that grey background screen that shows while music is playing?

On a related note - is there anyway to play music while the photo slideshow is playing?

Thank you Supasta. That's just what I needed. Although I did come up with a workaround on my own. My TV allows me to program and save a "Custom" screen setting, so I created one with the screen so dark you can just barely read the song information. So when the lights are out and the romantic music is playing, that bright grey default Tivo screen won't spoil the mood!

But I will give Audiofaucet a try too.

Jazzman, I don't think ForrestB was being sarcastic. If you have a home theatre system, run the audio output to the speakers of the home theatre. That way, the audio will continue to play after the TV is turned off. By the way, you'll have better sound also! :)

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be sarcastic - but when you don't clearly state the problem you're not going to get a good answer.

If you plan to listen to music for any length of time - you really should invest in at least a receiver and a pair of speakers. Even a $150 setup is going to sound better than TV speakers and you'll extend the life of your TV.
