Picture better?

Is the actual picture better with a Premiere than a Series 3? It feels that way to me. Same TV, same cables, same source.

I own a Premiere and a TiVo HD. I've never really done a critical comparison, but I've never noticed any difference in picture quality. There are differences in OTA reception, but that's a different issue.
