PC can see TiVo, but TiVo can't see PC

I have TiVo Desktop Plus. I can transfer shows from my TiVo to my PC without a problem. But my PC doesn't show up on my TiVo, even though I've configured TiVo Desktop (latest version, 2.8.2 I think) to share media.

Any thoughts? TiVo tech support was unable to help.

Never mind...figured it out. TiVo Server wasn't running on my PC because I'd set it to "pause" using Soluto.
