I just added a station on pandora.com, started Pandora on the TiVo less than 10 seconds later, and it was there.

To me, this is saying that in order for the new station to appear, they had to use the Sign out menu item in the TiVo Pandora app.I created a station on Pandora.com [emphasis added] but it was not showing oin [sic] my Tivo. These steps should not be necessary at all for a new station to appear.
