VOR wouldn't let them get that close (Assuming they left VOR turned on)? (Is this series too early for VOR? I forget when this series is set.)

VOR alone won't but add an ILS and you get within a hundred feet. No 30 feet like they showed here. And no one would land at an unknown field when the other side of the Island was much friendlier to the US.

I enjoyed how the stairs magically disappeared after they climbed back in for their getaway. Also, how did they make a u-turn, head back to the threshold, u- turn again and accelerate for takeoff all in less than 15 seconds and on the width of the runway? Why did they arrange the suitcases just so at the bottom of the stairs, why wasn't there a pile of beat up suitcases just outside of the cargo door? Weren't the lights turned off when they landed, so they took off in the dark or did they magically come back on?

Yes, as RandomTask says...only for the eye candy and I don't know if I can take much more of Ricci, she is butt ugly.

I definitely disagree. I never used to like her looks, but like her on this show.

This is going to be a backhanded compliment, but I kind of don't know what keeps me watching this show. It's not *THAT* entertaining, but it's a fairly light show that's ok. I mean, I don't even think I like it that much more than Playboy Club, which I gave up on after 1 episode (I know it was cancelled).

Undoubtedly the weakest episode yet of the series.

I'm looking lower. Se has a great shape, as do they all. FWIW, I don't think she's ugly but she is clearly the least attractive of the four.

I'm not a pilot but an engineer so blatant lazy factual sloppiness as cited here ad infinitum bothers me. And I don't find Ricci attractive at all.

My wife makes me watch this show with her. She's that audience that could not care less about all the aircraft operational plot holes. Just likes the 60s era and look.
