Yes and yes.

Mine works great on my roamio. Being between two far opposite facing antennas means we have to frequently readjust depending on the weather and what station we're interested in. Maybe it's just a Hydra thing.

Known Issue WSIPL-2666 has been removed from the known issues list. It is TE4 only.
