I ordered two TiVoHD's on Friday Oct 12th at 9:16AM EST (3 business days ago).

I just checked my order status on TiVo.com and it says, "Processing Order"????

According to the TiVo website:
We always ship your item as soon as possible. Unless noted otherwise for a specific item:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will be shipped same day.
Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped by the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day.
Holidays are not considered a business day
That means my order should have been shipped on Friday, October 12th. What gives? Still no word from TiVo except "Processing Order"????

I'd like a tracking number to determine when the package will be here so I can arrange to have someone sign for it.

Ordered mine on Sunday over the phone, still showing processing for me as well. I was told an email with a tracking number would be sent out as well when it shipped.

Maybe if you called you might get more up to date info. They may be filling more orders than usual and are behind shipping or updating the order info online.

The rep said they are shipped from Texas if that’s any help.

I ordered mine on Thursday, the 11th - my guess is that with the lifetime transfer offer on the HD's, they're experiencing higher than normal order volumes. :) I'm still in "processing" status too.

That's nothing compared to the PC I ordered from Gateway on 8/31, which still says 'Processing' for the status. The original delivery date was 9/24, now it's pushed out to 11/1 because they are out of cases. I'd cancel and get my new PC from someone else, but I can't find anyone with a comparable system for less than $300 more!

It was announced earlier today that Tivo will allow Tivo HD units purchased at retail outlets to have their lifetime sub' transferred. Cancell them orders and head to best buy or amazon.com and save some money while your at it.

I called TiVo customer service. Felecia told me that they had, "...a SAP error with our website from Oct 10-12. Your order will be shipped out today."
