Good Question. All I could find was this in the online scheduling FAQ
My headend and lineup have changed, how can I enter new ones?

If your headend and lineup have changed, you can easily enter a new one by going into my.tivo.com and clicking on any program or search link. Once the program information comes up, there will be a link at the top of the page labeled "change". Click on this link to reset with your new lineup information.
But I can only do this when I'm not signed in and it doesn't save it when I sign in after I change it. The option to 'change' isn't even available when I'm signed in.
