Before even signing in, if I try to go to online.tivo.com on my computer it just gives me an endlessly circling loading screen. I can access anything I want from my phone/media player with the TiVo App, but just using a browser doesn't seem to work. Just a black screen with a circling blue circle. Anyone else have this problem or know how to get this to work without using the app? Everything is on the same network in the house. The link comes up as online.tivo.com/start but never loads.
Try going to TiVo.com. Login there then click on the Online link up top. Just a guess since I haven't had any login failures. It sometimes takes 30 seconds before I actually get in.
I've managed to login to both online.tivo.com and the iOS app, but neither have any data.
online.tivo.com is the spinning blue circle, with "Sign Out" instead of "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
On my iPhone, the Guide says "No channels match your current filter selection", which is All Channels.
The only page with any data, is Settings which knows my TiVos.
