Do a manual connect and see where in the process it is failing.I just got a message on screen that updates were out of date. I checked and the last successful update was Jan. 27. It's now Feb. 4.
I've tried everything I can think of. Rebooted modem, router and Tivo; checked all connections; replaced Ethernet cable from router to Tivo; even tried telephone connection but didn't hold much confidence in that b/c I'm using VOIP for the phone.
Tivo gets an IP from the router w/o a problem. But it can't seem to connect to the service.
I can ping Tivo's IP from within the LAN and get 15% packet loss.
I'm panicked! Is there anything else I can try? What could have caused this?
This is a S2DT that's been working fine up to now.
