Odyssey 5 on SciFi: TiVo not recording 2nd half of pilot episode

I double checked epguides.com and the pilot episode was a two parter. I had a feeling that was the case when I saw it scheduled on SciFi as "Pilot" on both 10/12 & 10/19. But my TiVo is not recording the 10/19 airing (yes, I have a SP for repeats and FR). If you are interested in checking out this series, double check your SPs.
