I wonder how many of those Tivo's are networked Do the Direct-TV Tivo's also have HME capabilities or just the programming capabilities?

DirecTiVos do not officially have HMO/HME. As for "programming capabilities", what do you mean? Their UI is basically the same as standalones (SPs, wish lists, search by title, etc.) but there is no web based programming of them yet.
