Do you have Suggestions enabled as they'll show up with the Suggestions icon in your folder with OnePass recordings?

User Preferences/Suggestions: Set to off. Restart and the folder will be removed from My Shows. A wishlist recording has a gold star on its icon.

Given the line-of-questioning... There are two that do this, NCIS and Sinner. Although neither are in my current OnePass... Both were in the past. But both continue to record current and past shows.

I’d download KMTTG on your computer and use it to query Season Passes (what it’ll call them) and see if they’re in there - could be a bug in the UI, removed from the menu but not fully deleted from the system.
