I have no signal on tuner 1. Power supply is new. Rebooted several times, no luck. Can this be repaired or do I need a new box.

Did you pull the power cord out of the box to reboot it? Try leaving it unplugged for a few minutes to see if that helps.

Thanks for the response KP. I left it unplugged overnight and the tuner 8s still dead. No signal strength.

You can't fix it. But they usually fail in pairs. TiVo will replace it. I don't know the cost.
