No program guide displayed

My TIVO is not picking up/displaying any program information. Every channel is presenting as "To be advised" and has been like this for about 24 hours. I have looked at the Yahoo site and can't see any problem there. Can anyone help?

Which model of Tivo do you have? Do you have a subscription? Does your Tivo call or connect to the Tivo servers daily?

Have you called Tivo customer service to speak with someone about the issue?
