Since my Bolt failed I fired up my old Premier Lifetime (still in my account. Internet connection hard wired. It connected to Tivo and did its thing.
I can see my Romeo and the Romeo can see the Premier but I cant use swivel search, it says something wrong with the internet. I also cant find Netflix or anything other aps in the normal search menu or any other menu. Can I get some help?

first, you probably need an update, so let me ask, which software version is your premiere using?

next, once tivo has the current software, go into add/manage apps, unselect all apps, force two connections, reboot tivo, then re-select the apps you want in add/manage apps, and force two additional connections. they should appear shortly, but if not, try one more reboot then check again in a few minutes.
