OK, I searched and honestly don't have time to go through pages and pages of search results.

I've started using my TiVo again recently after it's been packed in a box for almost two years (lots of moving, uncertainty etc). I saw there was an upgrade to the Tivo Desktop (even though telling the old version to search for new versions told me I was using the updated version).

Anyway, I was using v2.2. Even watched a few videos yesterday. I then upgraded and can no longer watch those videos. Any ideas why or what I need to do?

I've entered the MAK and still nothing. If it matters, I'm using XP.
