My wifi changed so I'm trying to connect to the new network, but no keyboard comes up to enter the password. Since there's no wifi, I can't download any new apps or connect with my phone. How do I enter the password?

Press the circle on your remote> Upper Right Settings> Network & Internet> Wi-Fi

I have no problem getting to that screen. The issue is that there is no way for me to enter the password because no virtual keyboard pops up. I'm sure when I originally entered it, there must have been some keyboard, but now I don't see it

I'm trying to connect to a new network. The problem is that the keyboard doesn't come up to allow me to enter the password. It just prompts me for the password, but there is no way for me to enter letters
I'm not sure about that one. I guess you could factory reset it if it worked originally.
